Located in the heart of Encino and acquired in 2016. TriStar acquired this strategic site knowing very well that it would be an integral part of Encino life. The 1.8 acre site is situated in a densely populated part of Encino. TriStar was able to successfully design the project to allow for a 55,000 sf medical office building with 350 parking spaces in a fully subterranean parking garage located at the rear of the properties. The site will boast a 5 story (90 unit) assisted living facility which is a much-needed amenity for the area. The project is currently in the entitlement phase with groundbreaking anticipated in 2021.
